How to install and log in to the app

Installing the app

To start using RB Tasks, first install the app on your smartphone.

Method 1: Through the App Store

1. Open the app store on your phone:

Google Play if you use Android
App Store if you use iPhone

2. In the search bar, type RB Tasks

3. Find the app with the official brand icon and tap Open/Install

Method 2: Using a direct link

You can also open the app store directly using a link on your smartphone:

After opening the page, tap Install.

When the installation is complete, the RB Tasks icon will appear on your phone’s home screen. Tap it to open the app.

Logging in to the app

Before logging in, make sure you have:

A smartphone with the RB Tasks app installed
An active internet connection
Your RB Tasks account login and password

How to log in

1. Open the RB Tasks app

2. Enter your email or username

3. Check the box to confirm that you agree to the processing of personal data and accept the user agreement

4. Enter your password and tap Continue

After successful login, you will be taken to the main screen of the app.

How to log in via invitation

If you were added to the system as an employee, you will receive an invitation email. This email is required to confirm your email address and complete registration.

After clicking the link in the email:

1. Create a username

This will be the name you use to log in. Enter it and tap Continue

2. Create a password

The password must be at least 6 characters long and contain at least one uppercase and one lowercase letter

3. Done

Registration is complete. You can now log in to the app and start working
