What is Rental Booster?
Rental Booster is a CRM system that helps manage vehicle rentals. You can create and track bookings, add vehicles, work with customers and employees, set up pricing and discounts, assign booking tasks, and monitor the status of vehicles and rentals.
Can I try the system before purchasing?
Yes, you can try Rental Booster in demo mode.
Click Request demo on the login page, fill out a short form, and our team will contact you to provide access.
Is there a mobile version or app?
Yes, we have a mobile app called RB Tasks for employees who handle vehicle delivery to customers.
In the app, they can view assigned tasks, routes, and all necessary work details.
How do I register in the system?
After signing a contract, you’ll receive an admin username and password. Then, in the Employees section, you can add team members, assign roles, and send invitation emails — this gives them access to the CRM system.
How can I restore access if I forgot my password?
If you’ve forgotten your password, go to the login page and click Click to restore. Enter your username and click Reset password. A reset link will be sent to the email address registered in the system. Follow the link from the email and create a new password.
What are the booking statuses?
• New — booking has been created but not yet confirmed
• Pending payment — the customer needs to make a payment; booking isn’t active yet
• Booked — booking is confirmed and paid, waiting for the rental to start
• Active — rental has started, and the vehicle has been handed over to the customer
• Completed — rental is finished, and the vehicle has been returned
• Cancelled — booking was cancelled before the rental began
How do I add a new customer?
You can add a customer directly when creating a booking — just enter their details on the booking page. Alternatively, add them in advance through the Customers section.
How can I limit access for different employee roles?
To manage access levels, go to Employees → Roles, select the required role, and configure which sections and functions are available for that role.
How do I set up rental rates?
In the Pricing section, you can define prices based on vehicle segment, season, and rental duration.
How can I report an issue or suggest an improvement?
If you have a question, notice an error, or want to suggest an improvement, click the message icon on the top panel. Fill out the feedback form — include your name, email, and describe the issue or suggestion. Our team will review your message and respond to the email you’ve provided.
How long does it take for the support team to respond?
We usually reply within one business day. Our team carefully reviews every request to provide a helpful and complete response.
